在長短腿門型水泥桿吊裝過程中,由于兩根桿塔長度不一樣導致也不一致,總牽引系統中心、水泥桿整體中心、抱桿頂點和制動系統中心不容易成一垂直平面。為此,采取了防止水泥桿中心偏移的兩項措施。
一、用鋼絲繩對抱桿進行預偏控制, 即在立桿施工前, 讓抱桿頂點往傾斜的反方向預偏,防止抱桿頂的傾斜。
二、直接控制吊點繩的長度, 使兩桿同時受力, 從而使抱桿受力平衡。 主要控制措施是利用 直徑13mm的鋼絲繩纏繞高側水泥桿三圈(鋼絲繩不互壓 ), 然后用卸扣將吊點繩栓住。 在起吊時通過鋼絲繩控制住吊點的長度使兩根電桿的吊點繩同時受力。在兩桿都離地后, 慢慢將控制尾繩松出去, 直到吊點繩完全伸直受力。
實踐證明,在確保施工、施工質量的前提下, 上述兩項措施保證水泥桿剛起吊時和起吊的全過程抱桿不發生偏移, 終解決了高低腿水泥桿起吊時 “四點”不在同一垂直面上的難題。

2. Direct control of the length of the suspension point rope, so that the two poles are forced at the same time, so that the force of the suspension pole is balanced. The main control measures are winding the high side cement pole with a steel wire rope of 13 mm in diameter three times (the steel wire rope does not press each other), and then bolting the suspension point rope with a release . When lifting, the length of the suspension point is controlled by the wire rope so that the suspension point rope of the two poles can bear force at the same time. After both poles are off the ground, the control tail rope is released slowly until the suspension point rope is fully stretched.
Practice has proved that, on the premise of ensuring construction and construction quality, the above two measures ensure that the holding pole does not deviate when the cement pole is just lifted and the whole lifting process, and finally solve the problem that the "four points" are not on the same vertical plane when the high and low legs of the cement pole are lifted.
